During my tenure at Human Proof Designs, the company grew from 1 full time team member, a part time developer, and several freelancers, to a core team of 16 full time staff and over 100 freelancers. Overseeing the day to day operations included hiring and training staff, creating operational procedures, as well as product development. Revenues grew over.

Coordinate tarp manufacturing; coordinate design and fabrication of custom tarps for a variety of tarping systems; manage supplier relations and source top quality materials; continuously improve tarp design to maximize longevity, repair cost savings and ease of use.
