I am a very passionate DevOps Engineer working as a public servant for the State of Montana.I support Enterprise RedHat Linux systems, have built CI/CD processes for several environments (Python Django, Java Spring, PHP, etc.) and integrate software such as GitLab, Sonarqube, Sonatype Nexus, into our team software development lifecycle and supported CI tools like Jenkins and Gerrit. I have experience integrating Prometheus monitoring, alerting, logging, to organization communication tools so we can have a quicker turn around time for our customers and prevent outages. All of the tools mentioned I have automated rollouts and deployments with Ansible.I try and be a technical leader in my area. I am a strong advocate for Agile development practices using Scrum, Lean, and Kanban. I have a history in developing a variety of Java Spring Boot applications ranging from conservation projects, dam safety, snow plow incident public applications, to forestry/fire software. With that variety of software came with having to understand and develop in several programing languages such as Python, Bash, Powershell, PHP, Visual Basic, C# .Net etc. Along with those languages work with their life cycles with their frameworks, testing tools, and infrastructure.I am always striving to learn what's new, how best to proceed with what I have, and share that knowledge with my peers. I am a very proud in my work and knowledge with a Associate's Degree focused in Computer Technology from University of Montana-Helena College of Technology.
