In the advertising world, creative teams usually consist of a copywriter and a graphic designer. I've spent the last 25 years acting as a one-man creative team. I've honed my skills to be proficient, precise and professional in all aspects of advertising and corporate communications. Memorable creative writing, copywriting and graphic design are my strengths, but I also routinely plan, execute and measure media buys, social media campaigns, SEO, product lifecycle marketing, and public relations efforts. I enjoy having a stake in the results of my work, so I've gravitated towards small, in-house advertising departments over the course of my career, with the bulk of my experience in high tech (telecom and PC) and industrial manufacturing. I've served Charles Industries as a marketing specialist since 2000, and have grown with it from a private company through its transition to a member of the Amphenol Corporation under its RF, Optics and Broadband operating group.Personally, I'm an avid hiker, conservationist, and nature photographer. I serve as a board member of the Lake in the Hills, Illinois Parks & Recreation Department and am involved with Scouting USA as an adult leader.
