Provide management leadership for a two physician Internal Medicine and Pediatric clinic and for a one physician Limited Services Clinic located in the Benton Walmart.Responsibilities include scheduling for all twelve employees at both facilities, audit coding, billing, and collection procedures, purchasing medical and office supplies, maintaining compliant procedures with OSHA and JCAHO, resolving staff conflict, and evaluating practice policies and procedures to ensure we are providing excellent health care to our patients while still working efficiently.Key Achievements:●Implemented eRx for our facility in time to meet the requirements set forth by Medicare to avoid a negative adjustment to our Medicare collections and to receive an incentive.●Successfully hired an additional clinical employee which has greatly increased efficiency and patient care.●Trained myself on both the billing and the EHR systems to more effectively train our staff on efficient procedures on both systems.

Provided leadership and general labor outfitting concrete shells that are built to construct the Olmsted Locks and Dam. Provide executive leadership for a six physician family practice clinic and onsite radiology department.Lead operations and strategic direction with full responsibility of bottom-line factors, long-term and short-term financial planning, employee and patient management, IT development and service, physician recruitment, scheduling, and credentialing, and property management and maintenance.
