Oil & Gas Industry: Lead the design and implementation of an Employee Central instance for a mid-level (8,000 employee) oil and gas holding company. In addition to Employee Central, implementation included the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll, Employee Profile, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding. Implementation also included integration from Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM, BenefitFocus, and Kronos Workforce through Dell Boomi Integration.

Oil & Gas Industry: Deployed an integrated SAP HR/SuccessFactors hybrid solution for an oil and gas company which included the following SAP modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, ESS/MSS Portal; and the following SuccessFactors modules: Employee Profile, Compensation, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Workforce Planning & Analytics. Bi-directional integration was implemented using the latest Netweaver PI technology between SAP On-Premise and the SuccessFactors BizX suite.Consumer Industry: Project managed the implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay into a large consumer company’s current SuccessFactors landscape.Consumer Industry: Implemented and configured the SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module using the latest SuccessFactors PM 2.0 templates for a large consumer company.Defense Systems Industry: Project managed a global SAP system assessment for a large (20,000 employee) company of current HR data, processes, and tools to ensure the client was building on a solid foundation before extending their HR SAP footprint. The assessment included a detailed analysis of Current State and Future State system architecture, an HR Technology Roadmap, Rough Orders of Magnitude, and an Executive Report Out.

• Project managed a successful development and implementation of a global web-based SAP interface to provide a frontend for global end users to enter employee data into the Corporate SAP instance• Played an integral role in the development and implementation of a new global performance and compensation system called SuccessFactors. Duties included, but were not limited to, integrating legacy data into the new system, system testing, and providing end user training • Selected for a temporary oversees assignment to assist the AES Asia/Middle East human resource offices. Aided the staffs in Singapore, Sri Lanka and India by resourcefully applying familiar Corporate concepts to unfamiliar situations. The assignment afforded me the opportunity to as assist in resolving issues that are unique to international companies• Provided SuccessFactors system training to international staff in the local offices while on assignment and assisted local HR/Comp teams through the 2010-2011 compensation cycle• Worked with the Compensation, Stock Options, and Accounting teams on the administration of the 2009 and 2010 Long Term Compensation (LTC) grants. Duties included splitting the LTC values into Stock Options, Restricted Stock Options, and Performance Unit awards; producing and verifying LTC statements for the 2009 and 2010 grant; transitioning grant information from the compensation system to the LTC system; and reconciling the grants between the compensation system, LTC system, and accounting system to meet SOX controls.• Provided ongoing support to the global HR administrators in Europe, Asia, and Corporate regions by assisting with data/system updates, end user training, system troubleshooting, and any other issues that arose.• Lead the creation of a companywide global organizational structure for the Organizational Management side of SAP which included the creation of over 800 new organizational structures that encompassed nearly 7,700 employees
