Clients turn to Brad as a trusted advisor. Brad advises and represents clients in regulated industries, with a predominant focus on life sciences and healthcare. His practice consists of product liability litigation defense and commercial contracting and commercial operating advice. As a litigator, Brad has successfully defended complex mass tort claims. As a commercial advisor, he leverages his in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry to lead complex commercial contracting initiatives. Brad provides practical advice to small and mid-size companies aimed at achieving business objectives while minimizing legal risk and ensuring compliance with a variety of complex legal and regulatory obligations including but not limited to the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; federal and state False Claims Acts; federal and state Anti-Kickback Statutes; Stark Law; Open Payments provisions of the PPACA; state Drug Price Transparency reporting requirements; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; and the Lanham Act.

- Provided general legal services to the Company, including: preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing counsel and advice on numerous legal issues and risk areas, and providing guidance with respect to the regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical industry- Supervised and held responsibility for the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Open Payments, formerly known as the Sunshine provisions of the PPACA- Coordinated with all internal business units and third-party vendors to ensure accurate collection of aggregate spend data- Prepared all applicable aggregate spend reports on a yearly basis and supervised the submission of these reports- Participated in the medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review of promotional materials- Provided on-going compliance oversight and support to better ensure that company policies and procedures are being consistently followed- Provided risk mitigation strategies for actually identified or perceived risk areas

I am a 2013 cum laude graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, I served as both: Research and Articles Editor (2012-13) and Staff editor (2011-12) for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, and Environmental Law. I also received the Harry R. Kozart Memorial Prize for the Highest GPA in Products Liability Related Courses.
