Also responsible for scheduling and administrating customer testing. Responsible for all aspects of the shock program. Duties included assembly and maintenance. Conducted extensive studies and tests to find proper damping ratio for various suspension rates.Collaborated with engineers from Pratt & Miller using KNC (Kinematics and Compliance) testing to implement vehicle simulation into the General Motors truck program. Simulation was used to develop customized tire reports for the truck teams. GM sponsored trucks won Manufactures Championship consecutive years.

Managed all areas of testing and R&D. Including track testing, wind tunnel, 7-post testing, and General Motors Proving Grounds; Accountable for creating and executing test plans.
