Bradz Salon has been in the current location for more than 30 years and still going strong. We have been partners with Aveda for 25 of those years and are one of the original Aveda Concept Salons in the country. After creating and running 4 Aveda Concept Salons for more than 25 years, I am now happy with one. 4 years ago I purchased the building and then a year later the parking lot with 12 more spots 2016, we expanded, totally remodeled and I moved upstairs. Love it!!! The original salon in the original location. Its is absolutely perfect! More fun, less work and ironically about the same money at the end of the day. Bradz main salon opened as a 1 chair salon in 1986. I soon outgrew that salon, and moved to the current location on 35th. Growing faster than expected I opened Bradz New Talent in 1993. Then Salon Casis in 1996. Then having children changed everything... so dropped to 2 locations. 5 years later, kids in school, a 3rd salon was opened on West 6th. Back to 3 Salons again and almost 2M a year in revenue. Personally hairdressing for almost 40 years and still going strong. My other business passions include leadership and education. Teaching new stylists what I have found that works... My trick has been to model the values I want. Simple. Then, take great care of each guest and the rest works itself out.
