I have a wide range of experience in the environmental and civil engineering sectors spanning a period of over 8 years. This experience includes, but is not limited to: supervision of remedial activities (including sampling and contractor coordination), geotechnical investigations, and environmental site assessments (Phase I and II) , fisheries health studies, forest measurements, agronomic field trials and vegetation sampling, and most recently in the geomatics sector. Having completed over 30 geotechnical investigations in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as Phase 1 site investigations in the province of Alberta, including preparing budgets and proposals, introductory government research, and report writing. This work experience has brought character development including independence, initiative, organization, and the ability to see the big picture.My educational background was completed in 2003 with a diploma in Integrated Resource Management through the Saskatchewan Institute of Technology and Applied Science in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The course of study consisted of 4 management disciplines; wildlife, forestry, fisheries, and parks. Specialization in wildlife management and law enforcement. The fields covered in this course included ecology, taxonomy, botany, dendrology, anatomy, physiology, aquatic science and survey, statistics, mapping and GPS/GIS.
