-Configured outdoor DAS equipment (installing and testing hub and node Equipment), created link budgets, calculated noise figure, troubleshot and Tested new design and commissioned new channels - Coordinated and performed the system optimization of multi-node outdoor network - Used a variety of measurements to confirm system designs, including test Equipment, power density and power meter, spectrum analyzer, speed test, and Pilot scanner - Configured and optimized the network (RF parameters: DL/UL imbalance, RSSI, RTWP, Noise floor, amplifier gain, setting attenuation, fiber delay, optical loss) to meet KPI requirements  - Tracked the parameter setting data for commissioning
