While continuing to evolve professionally as educators and coaches, we founded ASE to ensure all players have access to high-quality, affordable sporting safety goods education and programs.

I am currently employed as the Director of Coaching at the YCW Stonecats Junior Football Club. A part of this role is overseeing the Stonecats Junior Development Program for players and coaches aged U8-U15. I am currently planning, developing, implementing and reviewing their Footy Frenzy, where I have organised a series of differentiated activities for all age groups, including girls only sessions. This is the beginning of ‘Stonecats Footy’, involving a more consistent approach and message to all players, coaches and volunteers as we enter season 2023. Throughout season 2022, I worked with a variety of coaches at training and on game day, developing their game plan and running drills accordingly. I organised specialised holiday programs through the club and coached one of their U8 sides, including planning and implementing training sessions for both the U8 teams. This included coaching the coaches and involving the parent volunteers at training to help maximise the player’s learning and understanding.
