We are now able to project a best and worst case scenario along with what we think the most realistic cost will be.- Designated a team leader for the implementation of min/max inventory strategy at our facilities in Mexico. Some of our early returns have yielded an inventory savings of $250,000, and the initiative is still in its pilot phase.- Assigned to many commercial vehicle supplier crossover, or onboarding teams. Responsible to provide the team with a 52 week forecast, to try to give the transition managers the most accurate demand picture in an ever-changing market.- Gained valuable experience in many different ERP systems within Dana from QAD Mfg Pro, SCP and EB2 to Oracle, and MS-8 to SAMS.- Created analyses in MS Excel, process flow charts in MS Visio, performance reports to the Global Director and VP of the Material group in Power Point.
