Hi, I’m Brad, a mechanical engineering graduate with experience in manufacturing, materials research, and major infrastructure projects. My background combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach, shaping my career in project management and process optimization.As a Project Manager, I implemented LEAN methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction in a competitive market. I also contributed to the implementation of ISO 9001 quality management systems and supported product development in a manufacturing environment.In infrastructure project management, I gained valuable experience on two major projects, working closely with contractors, municipalities, and public stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure successful construction of sky train networks.I thrive in environments that challenge me to think critically and creatively.
