Brad started his journey with Downer Professional Services (DPS) in 2019. Prior to joining DPS, Brad has worked as a management consultant in Operational Excellence, focusing on delivering value, efficiencies and innovation programs in disrupted organisations across different sectors. Currently, as the General Manager of Team Downer, Brad is responsible for overall operational performance of the business and to deliver the strategic objectives of the Major Service Provider contract to the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group. Brad is a self-proclaimed ‘generalist’ with skills that cover Strategy, Program Management and Delivery, Governance and Business Operations. He is passionate about creating environments where people can thrive together and challenge the status quo to achieve positive business outcomes.
