I currently serve as Meraki's General Counsel, overseeing the company's legal affairs as well as its human resources and risk management departments. I have been in private practice for the majority of my legal career, focusing on employment law and litigation. My practice has included defending employers in legal proceedings before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, counseling employers on day-to-day legal issues, drafting policies and agreements and conducting training. I have represented employers of all sizes in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, restaurants, healthcare, retail, construction, road building, solar and the gig economy. I am admitted to the Florida Bar, Alabama Bar and Georgia Bar, and I am a Board-Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law (Florida Bar).
