My responsibilities included new business, upsell opportunities as well as customer retention. I architected, documented and proposed deep technical integrations with the Video Cloud platform, Video .JS player, Zencoder and Unicorn Once server side ad stitching product lines. Typically, this included integration with both custom in-house and off the shelf products covering a range of functionality including TVE, DRM and CMS integrations. Additional day to day responsibilities included RFP responses, solutions documentation, workflow diagrams and on-site client presentations and final sales proposals.

Brought on by SVP of Global Sales to work as the primary account contact in NYC and Solutions Architect for the larger Northeast region along with my sales counterpart based in Boston.
