Accomplishments:Managed 60 plus custom-designed, web solution implementation and content strategy projects for city and county governments of various sizes in the United States, Canada and American Samoa. Worked with over 2000 staff to implement their web solution, maintained a 4.5 evaluation out of 5. Recognized by CivicPlus as the Implementation Consulting Subject Matter Expert. Led the development of specifications for all current consulting products in collaboration with team and sales. Recognized by clients as a trusted adviser often exceeding expectations in strategically driving value for new technology within their communities. Used data gleaned from our system and others to set goals to measure the effectiveness of technology.
