• Developed Taco Bell brand standards for CHAMPS Excellence Review. Transformed three operational manuals into one qualitative restaurant audit. The CHAMPS Excellence Review became the standard for evaluating the efficiency and quality of all Taco Bell’s. • Executed 25+ successful national rollouts of new menu items and operational systems through detailed data analysis of consumer research and operational field ready testing processes from R&D to Market Test• Developed and executed national rollout cascades including, communications, training manuals and videos • Managed national conversion to fresh nacho chips fry equipment platform and relaunch of Nachos BellGrande product.
