At the College for Creative Studies, I maintained and upgraded all admin staff computers. I tracked inventory and managed the equipment stores. I assisted in help desk response, which includes tickets and phone support as well as in person. I was also involved with additional team projects including the rollout of the PC/Mac labs, setup for the summer camp programs, the yearly student computer sale, and more. The Keyshot renderfarm at CCS was a great project management experience that I under took to bring it up to speed after many requests from students and instructors. (Over 1,000 renders during the 21/WI semester!) The 720 VR Lab at the Taubman Center is my specific PC build and should be what VR labs strive to be. My time at CCS was great for learning even more about enterprise environments and how to provide better feedback for improving policies and renewing the life cycle of older PCs.

Provided daily support through the Kayako ticketing system for clients and potential customers. Maintained software and games forums on the company website and external sites like SteamPowered.com. Tested applications for general use and reproducing customer submitted bug reports. Reported on bugs through an internal documenting site and provided detailed feedback on how to reproduce the issue. Created technical self-help documentation and instructional processes for customer facing web sites. Assisted in the development and testing of a method to deploy an application and it’s main function through batch scripting for corporate customers.Towards the end of my time at Stardock I was promoted to QA for testing Galactic Civilizations III, Offworld Trading Company, Ashes of the Singularity and The Political Machine 2016. Using VisualStudio to locate a bug or error in the code, reported it to an internal bug tracking system for dev review. Being in game QA was enjoyable while also a providing a challenging learning curve.Stardock was a great place to work. Jeans were normal, Coca Cola flowed freely, and dogs were welcome.

I maintained a website for agents to share the beautiful photos with their clients. Prompt editing and digital delivery was top priority for me to bring agents quick turn around times.

Successfully managed and maintained internal networks on site for HWWB including user devices, desktops, laptops, tablets, and cell phones. Created a secure and dedicated firewall by harnessing the power of Sonicwall's hardware with access points to provide excellent building Wifi. Provided desktop support for over 70+ agents remotely and onsite. In addition to tech work, I taught Technology classes to real estate agents on the importance of password management, the increase of tablets in the industry, and the power of technology in pursuit of more home sales. Multi-function devices were also under my purview to setup, maintain, and network.

I started out at Main Street Auctions as their photographer. In addition to doing the photography I started working on descriptions and network troubleshooting for the 3 stores we had. I was also put in charge of shipping International orders and soon after I took on shipping all orders. As the business grew I started to assist more with clients and opening / closing duties in the stores. Later I had my own clients who I visited to collect items, drop off checks and invoices to.

Organized stock and restocked shelves. Ran register during very busy clearance sales near the end of the stores existence.

Assisted in organizing store materials, back rooms, and helping customers find or choose games for their children.

Facilitated in the payroll process by scanning documentation into TEAM’s proprietary system.

Stock shelves with returned videos. Organized sections like Drama, Comedy, etc. Run the cashier and check out videos to customers. Listen to customer complaints and resolve any problems they had. Answer phones and follow procedures instituted by our district manager and corporate. Open and Close the store occasionally. Work busy nights like Friday and Saturdays, and pre-holiday nights. I gained the highest possible review score in employee reviews in the stores history.
