I enjoy people. After majoring in marketing and finance at the University of Mississippi, I started my career in hospitality running the family's restaurants. I honed my leadership and business savvy in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. I enjoyed the people, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and quick thinking. I moved into government relations and public policy from hospitality, putting my leadership, problem-solving, and communications skills to the test. Over the years, I have successfully navigated Texas's complex legislative and regulatory environment on behalf of businesses, coalitions, and associations. Today, I lead a talented team in the high-speed world of EPC. By understanding client challenges, market demands, and industry trends, we have rebranded the company, rolled out global marketing strategies, executed integrated communication campaigns, enriched employees' experiences, and created workforce development legislation supporting Texas's craft professionals. In addition, we have built an award-winning communication, marketing, and government relations program from the ground up. My goal remains to drive change for better business outcomes and positively impact the lives of our clients, colleagues, and communities.Personally, I love live music, traveling, golf, spending time with my family, and cheering on my Ole Miss Rebels!
