About Brad Bakke, Aaci

Beginning my commercial real estate career in Calgary in 2007, I spent most of my time there climbing mountains, surviving the Calgary Stampede and developing my skills as an appraiser and fly-fisherman. In 2012, my wife and I moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where I transitioned to brokerage at CBRE Limited and I am learning to enjoy seafood (with my steak, of course).My primary focus as both an appraiser and now Sales Associate is in the industrial market. Along with my partner, Gary MacKenzie, we specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties, as well as tenant representation (office and industrial) for local and national clients. We offer an integrated suite of advisory, transaction and management services for occupiers and investors across the entire real estate life-cycle.In addition to the industrial segment, I am also active in the land market. I specialize in completing site selection assignments, site feasibility studies and bringing land to market at any stage of the development-planning process. Our clients are our top priority and we work to identify the best value and opportunities for them. Beyond the day-to-day nature of work-play-work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two young kids, Bennie (5) and Elise (3), and my wife. We live and love Halifax - it’s truly a unique coastal community and has a wide array of comfortable pubs.
