I have over forty years’ experience as a senior business manager and director in finance and construction, and as a developer of residential, commercial, retail and industrial property having led start-ups and worked in the corporate sector. Profit generation is my focus and I am known for bringing innovation to everything I do.My current interests and involvements are:- 1.) “Joint Equity” - a privately funded, shared-home ownership provider. Our returns are significantly higher than those offered by buy-to-let investors and we really do help people leave the private rented sector when they thought they would never be able to afford a home of their own and that is a major reward for all of us in Joint Equity.2.) “PDSI” - a full-spectrum construction and property consultancy. We deliver QS, PM and Programming services in the UK and internationally. PDSI have acquired Initiate Consulting Ltd, the infrastructure consultant, and I am leading the change within all business units. 3.) “The Doyle Club” – I am the Chairman of the largest lunchtime business network in the UK. We have an average monthly attendance in excess of 250 and over 2,500 members and still growing - fast.I look forward to meeting you in one of my capacities.
