Headed capital raising for Rubenstein Partners (RP), focusing specifically on raising Rubenstein Properties Fund II (RPF II). RP is focused on acquiring and managing value-added office real estate made through its discretionary funds. Rubenstein Properties Fund II, raised to acquire distressed office assets in the Eastern US, successfully raised $500M in equity commitments.
