connectRN is a tech company co-founded by nurses to solve the problems with traditional staffing agencies in the long-term healthcare space.- Tasked with establishing, developing, and growing the Indiana market.- Generated facility interest in joining the connectRN network, through outbound cold-calls, facility visits, email campaigns, and trade-show lead generation.- Moved prospects through the sales funnel and convert facility leads into partnerships.- On-boarded, trained, and maintained relationships with our facility partners.- Drove revenue opportunities through continued account management and increasing the clinician engagement on the platform.

The Davidson Group is a locally owned affiliate of Renewal by Andersen Windows & Patio Doors servicing the Indianapolis, South Bend/Fort Wayne, Greater Michigan, Cincinnati/Dayton, Nashville, and Knoxville markets.- Hired to help manage our Outside Sales team and build a Sales Support department from scratch.- Provide support and leadership from our corporate office to a team of 5 Outside Sales Managers and 80 Sales Representatives across our 6 markets.- Coach and advise Sales Reps on project questions, pricing options, and paperwork.- Run sales analytics and utilize that information to provide insight to our Outside Sales Managers onareas of opportunity within their sales teams.- Manage and track the flow of jobs “on-hold” (projects that have had changes made between the time of sale and the install.). Ensure that issues and changes are resolved quickly, that customers understandthe nature of the project, and that we have all of the necessary paperwork and contract addendums.- Manage the back-end inputs of our iPad pricing and presentation app. Calculate and enter annual price increases, edit and upload sales presentations and other sales documents.- Take calls from Sales Reps while in the home to offer a second voice and attempt to close deals and overcome any unresolved objections from potential customers. - Recruiter – In addition to these responsibilities, I handled all of our outbound staff recruiting for all departments from September 2016 – October 2017.
