For 25+ years, I have been leading highly diverse technical teams from concept to customer satisfaction. From a “physical product” standpoint, I have led full engineering departments & advanced studio teams, through all phases of product development and launch, which include; warehouse automation, LED lighting, RV & marine products, automotive interiors/exteriors, seating, customer-facing electronics, retail products, HVAC controls, full-body concept vehicles, customer events, and property showcases for auto and horticulture expos. In the first 15 years of my career, I logged over 10,000 hours in CAD development and launched many consumer/automotive products from concept to production. From a “virtual product” standpoint, I have led advanced Human Machine Interface projects for RGB lighting controls, greenhouse lighting, residential and commercial HVAC controls, as well as security building controls for mobile, portal, and embedded-connected product applications. I have been Design Manager, on several GM hybrid vehicle instrumentation clusters and Building System Controls.
