As a Senior Engineering Business Strategist, I focus on company wide engineering talent management, resource models, compensation strategies, performance metrics, analytics/reporting, and business/operational processes. I work closely with Engineering leadership, the executive team, and other business leaders to formulate strategies and mobilize teams to achieve desired outcomes. As a member of the Corporate Engineering Leadership team, I am 1 of 3 Engineering Directors for our division of 140 engineers company wide.
