I was hired at Shields Yakima in 1992 as a Flexographic Press Helper. I was promoted to Operator in 1993. I have performed the Flexographic Press Operator role including broad experience with various types of printing Presses. I have also operated several different types of printing presses. Supervised printing room with average of 10-15 employees for 11 years. I have Been in printing for over 15 years. Looking to expand my expertise and broaden my career in the field. I was just promoted to crew foreman in june of 2007. In 2010 I was promoted to Extrusion Process Control Tech. In September of 2016 I was promoted to Quality Assurance Tech. In 2017 I became the plant SQF Practitioner for Food Safety Management. In 2021 I was promoted to SAP Administrator. In 2022 I went through training and helped manage the Environmental Program at Shields Yakima. My current position titles include: QA Tech, SAP Administrator, SQF Practitioner.
