My personal Why Statement: "Business Leaders have the power to change the world for the better. I have the ability to help them achieve that change." This is my obsessive hobby, profession and honor for two decades. I work with executives and founders every day (and night) at empowering them to lead their companies towards a better success/fail rate. It is through the combination of my experience, skills, knowledge and (hopefully some) wisdom that I see how businesses create value. In Business Coaching I apply a depth of education and experience having worked in, around, and with 100s of companies from pre-revenue to hundreds of millions. Always with an eye that the metrics are how we measure and guide the company not the value expressed as a number. In Strategic Coaching I have developed tools, and a gift, at helping executives see the forest-through-the-trees and get out of the heads down day to day and into the what is possible and what is achievable mentality. In Executive Coaching I have worked with dozens of people who are either in their first leadership or CEO position, or are stuck in a rut. Executive coaching is about development, smartly and slowly, to make sure your skills are growing faster than the company needs you to.
