My expertise includes global telecom pricing and contracting; wireline and wireless procurement; SD-WAN implementation and contracting; and global WAN redesign. I have deep experience with regional and global telecom procurement and am frequently used as a subject matter expert for international negotiations and benchmarking. In addition, I create and deliver educational seminars on the state of the telecom market and future trends for both enterprise clients and service providers. My first action is to listen to clients to fully understand their needs and objectives – and ensure clients have the same holistic understanding – before proceeding with a project.
