It focuses on six epic achievements made by three extraordinary people: Teddy Roosevelt (builder of the Panama Canal and national parks), the great Victorian-era engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, and the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen.My most recent book is IT TAKES TWO OR THREE - THE SUPERPOWER OF SMALL TEAMS.With 15 years of experience advising SAP and Oracle clients on decision making, I bring real-world acumen to my writing and talks. I have travelled to all seven continents, including twice to Antarctica. I have given motivational talks at corporate events as well as on an Antarctic ship as it traversed the rough seas of the Drake Passage (not an experience I’d recommend), on cable TV in the US, and as a guest on a variety of podcast and internet radio programs. Originally from America, I have been based in London for many years, though have not lost my US accent.
