At Thrive Media, he navigated the HR demands of a rapidly scaling tech startup. His strategic guidance was pivotal during Royal Caribbean's expansion into the China-South East Asian corridor and at Emaar/Hamptons, he adeptly managed workforce scaling during fluctuating economic cycles. Boyson’s legacy is defined by his adept leadership through uncharted business transformations.Beyond his professional accomplishments, Boyson has particiated at the elite level of competitive sports. He's conquered two Ironman triathlons, including the prestigious world championship in Hawaii, mastered the Sea2Summit adventure race in Whistler, and boasts a past peppered with competitive swimming records and representing Canada in international ice hockey. A resident of Dubai since 2008, he cherishes life with his wife and two sons, who mirror his active zest for life.
