About Kyle Bradbury

I research machine learning solutions to interdisciplinary energy systems problems and educate undergraduates and graduate students in data science and team-based learning. I lead research projects that include developing techniques for automatically mapping global energy infrastructure and access from satellite imagery; transforming smart electric utility meter data into energy efficiency insights; and exploring the reliability and cost trade-offs of energy storage systems for integrating wind and solar power into the grid. Collaborating with other researchers and practitioners, I develop and apply data science techniques to work towards a future with sustainable, affordable, reliable, and accessible energy for all.
