Brad is an affordable housing attorney licensed in Kentucky with a national practice. He has represented investors and developers in the utilization of low-income housing tax credits to acquire and/or construct over 11,000 multifamily housing units across 23 states with total costs exceeding $2 Billion Dollars. Brad currently serves as the Co-Chair of Frost Brown Todd's Multifamily Housing Industry Team, which includes 80+ attorneys spread across the firm's 17 offices from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law and serves on its Tax Credits and Equity Financing Committee. Brad is listed in the Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 as well as in the Kentucky Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2022, 2023, and 2024. He was a member of Leadership Louisville's Ignite Program in the Spring of 2024 and was selected by Louisville Business First as a member of the 2024 Forty Under 40 class. Brad is a proud Kentucky Colonel and currently serves as a past president of the Kentucky alumni chapter of the University of Miami (FL).
