Vice chairman, member of Rail Trail Committee. KLT is a small, young, but mighty Land Trust with over a dozen parcels under it's custodial management. We are working closely with the City of Kingston, neighbors, and interested parties to secure and develop a 1.5 mile-long section of "urban rail trail" that will connect Midtown Kingston to the Rondout Creek.
