Working directly with new candidates and licensed agents, Build and maintain relationships through out licensing process, Set up and enroll new candidates for Licensing School, Assist candidates in filling out applications for all facets of the D.R.E. Licensing Process, Set interviews and update branch manager calendars. work closely with Call Coordinator to market First Team Brand to candidates and new agents.

Working directly with the Web Manager we are implementing Jack’s new website for all domestic and Int’l product sales. Including: setting up procedures for C/S, product placement and information, superior customer service, customer chat rooms, inventory, and the sales and delivery of product to customers.

Working directly with the President of the company: researching strategic information, development of plans and documentation for projects related to radiology imaging for potential clients. Handled the daily general office duties, filing, faxing documents, phones, and organization of client information and proposals.

Worked directly with International Product and Marketing Supervisor in the Corporate Office organizing and archiving seasonal products, advertising, and line guides for both the domestic and international markets. Worked as a liaison for all of the international subsidiaries. Coordinated strategic marketing plans and yearly meetings to coincide with product launches.
