I have great breadth and depth of experience and I want to leverage all my skills to provide maximum value to my next employer.Here is what I bring to the table:- Experience sitting at the table making daily technical product decisions for some of Microsoft's biggest and most successful Windows products in history.- Experience working collaboratively work across groups, divisions and entire Fortune 500 companies, interacting with all job functions, to achieve results.- Ability to develop strong industry partnerships, from being a key contributor to driving USB across the PC industry in its early days as well as collaborating with the top PC OEM’s and IHV’s to create and subsequently drive quality improvements with them across the PC industry.- Experience traversing organizations, with the executive maturity present to Fortune 500 CEO’s and C-suite executives as well as coach, mentor, encourage and grow all level of employees.- Ability to effectively lead and manage small teams to organizations with as many as 200 people and ability to manage budgets up to 100M$ in size.- Experience dealing with all the small details of running and working in a small startup as well as the processes, bureaucracy, and politics of large companies. - Have been successfully working remote that past 7 years while also commuting to the office in CA a couple times a month.- Started career in QA, grew to leading entire product development engineering organizations, both software and hardware, and have stepped up where needed in companies to fill gaps in product management, program management, solutions engineering and business development roles. - Willing to do whatever is necessary for the team, organization and company to succeed.
