Our team coordinate CTS activities across Wells Fargo, and works closely with senior leaders and deal teams across CTS businesses.

Led a team responsible for the management of a $1.3 billion managed commercial real estate CDO containing whole loans, participations, b-notes, mezzanine loans, CMBS and REIT Debt. Activities included approximately $1 billion of collateral reinvestment, portfolio management, workouts, transaction document compliance, legal issues and actions, internal reporting, investor relations and reporting, audit, rating agency relations and strategic direction. Prior to this position, I led teams directing the workout or restructuring of over $1.1 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including bridge loans, mezzanine loans, b-notes and multi-lender “tranche warfare” workouts. Managed the sale of over $200 million of commercial real estate loans. In addition, I structured and closed over $6 billion in commercial real estate loans and equity investments, including bridge loans, mezzanine loans, construction loans, land loans, assemblage financing, preferred equity investments and joint venture equity investments, with particular focus on participation and intercreditor agreements among numerous co-lenders. Structured and closed REPO facilities and other secured financings, and supported CMBS conduit and large loan teams.
