- Developed and implemented Maintenance standards across all Supply Chain facilities that aligned maintenance procedures and ensured performance consistency over 6 distribution and warehouse facilities.
- Established and executed annual audit process for the Maintenance standards that drove increased reliability.
- Restructured procurement processes segregated across multiple groups by developing a Central Procurement Office.
