Producer and Project Manager for Xero's flagship event, Xerocon - Australasia’s largest technology conference for the accounting industry. Gathering thousands of accountants from around the region, Xerocon delivers in both learning content, product demonstration and development, industry partner exhibition, social events and media platform in a fun, engaging, unique custom created environments.

Brad was engaged by Tennis Australia to redesign, develop and oversee the delivery of the commercial events and experiences for the Australian Open, produce the Australian Open international launch, Design and Produce Newcombe Medal/Australian Tennis Awards and Australian Open Pre-final entertainment amongst a range of other events. Developing and leading a new internal department from initial strategy, operational procedures and policy, recruitment, financial forecasting and modelling, stakeholder management, branding, project management, delivery and reporting of a complex portfolio of work to an international audience.The role was embed within the Tennis Australia commercial team with a key focus on revenue optimisation, ticketing, sponsor partnerships management and optimisation of Tennis Australia's membership network.

As Lead Producer, Brad was key in the design and delivery of numerous live events, end to end special projects and creative solution including a variety of Awards Ceremonies, Gala Celebrations and conferences for high-tier clients throughout South East Asia and Australia. Some notable clients and projects include Intercontinental Hotels Group, McDonalds, Fosters, Fremantle Beer Festival, Coastal Vibes Music Festival, Danny Green Promotions, Johnny Walker, Leighton Contractors, Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, Carlton Football Club, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Curtin University.As Business Operations Manager I was responsible for the daily operational management of Australian east coast offices including the scaling and development of the business from these locations.

Brad was engaged by International Communications and Events as ProductionDirector to head their event and operations teams, including producing theinaugural Emerald Cup Polo Tournament in Albert Park, the international launchof Tara Moss’ “HIT”, and the opening of Paul Salmon’s Premium Brands Group.
