Profile bio

About Brad Coleman, Mba, Pmp

I landed my dream job after 20 years in utilities. My career path has taken a lot of twists and turns. I spent the first ten years of my career in utilites. I decided to venture out, take some risks in the oil and gas space. Along the way I scratched an itch (or two), tested a few things, crashed and burned more than once. There was a layoff, a completely toxic work situation, and a few poor personal decisions mixed in. I learned a lot about myself including my strengths, what I bring to the team and, perhaps more importantly, who I want to become as a person. But, the reputation I had built in the utility industry resulted in my old boss calling me out of the blue after ten years. Now, I'm in my dream job that fits my skills and pace well, and gives me a wonderful work/life balance. My personal tagline is "Managing Projects and Building People" because I'm good at Project Management but my real passion is for helping people around me find themselves and build their best life. Always seeking wisdom, my goal is to absorb knowledge any way I can (like a podcast) to help myself grow as a leader, and share lessons to help spare others of some of the mistakes I made along the way.

Listed skills include Natural Gas, Gas, Energy, Energy Markets, and 25 others.
