Core Network Engineer (Back Office) - Nbnco Fixed Wireless Operations
CurrentAs part of the Operations Team, my work is focused on fixing problems on the NBN 4G/LTE Fixed Wireless Network, wherever I can find them. My current role is in the Core Network space, but my previous experience in the Access Network allows me to track and solve problems across all of the Fixed Wireless network infrastructure we operate for the NBN customer.I am also heavily involved in supporting our CPM (Customer Problem Management) team, by investigating some of the more complex or sensitive customer complaints we have from time-to-time on the NBN Fixed Wireless Network.I'm always on the lookout to automate repetitive tasks using little scripts (Python, Perl, Bash) and schedule health checks and cleanups using cron.
