    Bradd has over 12 years of experience in leading the analysis and execution strategies of customized training initiatives for a variety of clients. He is a Service-Disabled US Army veteran of 12 years, where he served as a Human Intelligence and security liaison. He leveraged working relationships with senior key officials within the Republic of Korea intelligence and security agencies to protect the safety of allied forces in the region. Shortly after leaving the Army, Bradd went on to lead the Special Operations courseware development projects for a defense contract firm and seeing a potential need for more advanced methods of delivering computer-aided instruction, established ACLC in 2003. Starting with a small team of visionary developers, he grew the company to an organization capable of developing over 4000 hours of industry-leading computer-based training and blended learning projects within three years.Bradd provides all of us at ACLC with his vision for the future of technology-assisted learning, as well as his commitment to the training and education industries. Over the past decade, Bradd worked closely with leaders in various training organizations to analyze trends of emerging instructional needs, and aligned ACLC’s capabilities to address those challenges.
