I co-founded EmpowerMen.co, a community for professional male employees to avoid isolation and disconnection and to grow in their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.What started as a health and finance transformation for individuals has evolved into a 100% free community for both employers and employees to supplement their EAP and other health initiatives. My passion for empowering men stems from my own personal journey of overcoming being overweight and shy in my younger years to becoming a male model, on-camera host, and finance coach.I believe that growth and health are essential for fulfilling one's potential and purpose. I specialize in creating new systems and better habits in physical and financial wellness, so that men can be fitter fathers, wiser husbands, and greater contributors to their employer, family, and community.
