I’m the CEO and Founder of Gametime, where our mission is to unite the world through shared experiences.Gametime builds technology that gets people out into the real world together. Our platform provides last-minute tickets to the most popular events in sports, music, and theater in more than 65 cities across the U.S. and Canada. I started my career at Merrill Lynch. I liked the numbers, but didn’t like the sales. I read Moneyball and decided to make the switch to baseball.I joined the Colorado Rockies as a Baseball Operations Intern. There were 300 people applying for the job. I wrote letters, flew across the country to meet people, and somehow got the spot. I was paid minimum wage and lived in low-income housing, but couldn’t have been happier.After working for the White Sox, I realized that my long-term career would not be in baseball. I made the switch to Google as a Senior Financial Analyst.After earning my MBA at Stanford Business School, I joined a small startup called Zappedy. After two intense years, we were acquired by Groupon.Founding Gametime has been one of the most rewarding - and challenging - experiences of my life.
