Coordinated global operations and implementation of 48 separate security systems. I also the Deputy of the DoD Joint Migration Team ensuring the successful migration of USCG, Army, USAF, Marine Corp, Navy and numerous agencies.

I was the program manager and division leader for enterprise intelligence networks and systems managing 38 global military, civilian and contractor personnel. I managed intelligence customer requirements from task development, prioritization, and tracking maintaining on-time milestones. I managed the integration of classified to include risk management, resource management and data collection and analysis for reporting to senior leaders. When challenged with the installation of a time critical classified system in Afghanistan, I utilized my political savvy to implement a project plan in coordination with multiple agencies. This system was ultimately installed two weeks early beating the requirement timeline. I was responsible for all systems and security engineering related projects and tasks worth over $1M in classified assets. I provided certification accreditation and systems security compliance support. I led headquarters level related architecture and design engineering efforts associated with classified and unclassified systems and information. Additionally, I led, planed and executed penetration and disaster recovery and business continuity exercises for 1500 personnel in order to assess enterprise security posture. I performed critical infrastructure protection assessments and analyses of mission critical and real-time systems identifying single points of failure, vulnerabilities, and formulating remediation strategies and solutions. One critical project I oversaw involved the complete re-baseline of company wide software and hardware infrastructure. This challenge required the continual staffing and briefing to the senior management on expenditure of 3M+ in funding. This project was an overall success with the purchasing of 300 replacement desktop systems, an upgraded 1Tb data storage array and upgraded 20 servers.

I managed the Secretary of the Air Force #1 cyber priority for the $130 million network migration program. I was instrumental in the design and expansion of the Air Forces network to include the first migration of 30K people. I served as lead AF engineer developing designs for DoD and Air Operations Center networks and as the lead USAF network subject matter expert for operations and maintenance and policy generation at the executive level. • Challenged with mail and server implementation. This required attention to detail and management of milestones for on time delivery of these services. • An especially challenging project required me to facilitate a major outage between all technical representatives. My stamina, patience and dedication allowed the project to succeed as I facilitated a 26 hour long technical conference call.• I conducted the largest mailbox and user account migration in Microsoft history consisting of 850 thousand users. My most demanding obstacles that I overcame were persuading the senior management for their commitment and authorization to proceed. I was successful at all 38 locations.

I performed systems integration and monitoring of the implementation of processes, hardware and software solutions, and technical writing.• I oversaw unmanned aerial vehicle operations consolidation project that presented a unique opportunity. I was faced with integrating operational assets that provided live video to the warfighter on the ground without any degradation of performance. I hand selected and directed a team of professionals that ultimately succeeded in the project.

Managed AF's $50M 23K SqFt technology lab implementing various contract projects and supervised over 20 personnel. • I was the team lead for a $23 million data center program with 9 enterprises and 850K users all geographically seperated • I conducted network product, technology, and protocol assessments to introduce new enterprise capabilities to the Air Force and DOD. • I promoted and influenced network integration, interoperability and standardization within & across the Air Force. • I provided technical consulting and support services for performance and compliance analyses on existing system designs. • I conducted cyberspace analysis & assessments to include integrating IT per AF requirements to solve interoperability problems.

Project engineer and technical manager for major cyber effort to increase capacity and efficiency to reduce costs of information systems infrastructure. • My biggest challenge in this position was to consolidate 40+ funding lines from global divisions into a centralized headquarters account. This posed significant hurdles, as it required me to adjust to all forms of political agendas and senior leader personalities. I was continually adapting to ensure the divisions understood of the requirements and at the same time having to eliminate positions and critical projects they had in the pipeline. • I served as company-wide senior INFOSEC and network management expert developing secure architectures & strategies, risk management, security posture and assessments with corrective countermeasures and solutions, and product evaluations.• I developed technical input to: Internet & intranet LAN/WAN/MAN strategies, concepts for offensive Information Warfare, INFOSEC, electronic commerce/electronic data exchange, systems and network management, data communications, e-mail.

Led a team of 8 and responsible to the Air University headquarters ensuring information flow for over 130 staff and 2,400 students annually on a state-of-the-art $72M campus. • I managed a $177K wired/wireless dorm switch expansion project that extended connectivity & increased mobility for 1,150+ trainees. • I engineered a $450K OTS security system overhaul; automated building lock downs ensuring 5K+ trainees a year safety. This challenge required a complete overhaul of outdated technology. In addition, in the wake of mass school shootings, pressure was on me to implement a system that would prevent and assist in any such disaster.• I planed, directed, and oversaw the delivery, development and implementation of centralized information technology (IT) infrastructure, applications, and information management (IM) services, and policies of the training school.

2004-2006 Officer, School of Advanced Air & Space Studies Montgomery Al I was a key member of select group responsible for planning, developing, and executing the curriculum for the Air Force’ only graduate school of air and space strategy. I supervised 3 personnel and was responsible for all administrative and personnel programs. • I oversaw budget of $700K, security programs and clearances. • I assisted the commandant in maintaining good order, discipline, and moral and reviewed and coordinated written products and staff projects.• My biggest challenge in this organization was the expansion of the school and integration of foreign students. This required coordination with agencies to acquire additional facilities, technology and the immigration of foreign students.

Led combat-rated mission flight that provided command and control, communications and computer services during wartime, tactical deployments, contingency operations and Joint Chiefs of Staff exercises around the world. Directed 56 enlisted mobility personnel who operated and maintained $35 million worth of tactical communications equipment. Ensured flight personnel were properly trained, equipped and ready to deploy. Advised Commander on technical, operational and logistical matters affecting wartime and contingency readiness.

Instructed and evaluated students on AC-130U, MC-130, and MH-53M aircraft sensor system maintenance procedures. Responsible for the analysis, development, and evaluation of unique aircraft sensor systems curriculum. Coordinates on requirements for AFRC, ANG, other MAJCOMs, and joint service maintenance training. Instructed over 2000 hours of instruction.
