    I was the program manager and division leader for enterprise intelligence networks and systems managing 38 global military, civilian and contractor personnel. I managed intelligence customer requirements from task development, prioritization, and tracking maintaining on-time milestones. I managed the integration of classified to include risk management, resource management and data collection and analysis for reporting to senior leaders. When challenged with the installation of a time critical classified system in Afghanistan, I utilized my political savvy to implement a project plan in coordination with multiple agencies. This system was ultimately installed two weeks early beating the requirement timeline. I was responsible for all systems and security engineering related projects and tasks worth over $1M in classified assets. I provided certification accreditation and systems security compliance support. I led headquarters level related architecture and design engineering efforts associated with classified and unclassified systems and information. Additionally, I led, planed and executed penetration and disaster recovery and business continuity exercises for 1500 personnel in order to assess enterprise security posture. I performed critical infrastructure protection assessments and analyses of mission critical and real-time systems identifying single points of failure, vulnerabilities, and formulating remediation strategies and solutions. One critical project I oversaw involved the complete re-baseline of company wide software and hardware infrastructure. This challenge required the continual staffing and briefing to the senior management on expenditure of 3M+ in funding. This project was an overall success with the purchasing of 300 replacement desktop systems, an upgraded 1Tb data storage array and upgraded 20 servers.

This required attention to detail and management of milestones for on time delivery of these services. • An especially challenging project required me to facilitate a major outage between all technical representatives. My stamina, patience and dedication allowed the project to succeed as I facilitated a 26 hour long technical conference call.• I conducted the largest mailbox and user account migration in Microsoft history consisting of 850 thousand users. My most demanding obstacles that I overcame were persuading the senior management for their commitment and authorization to proceed. I was successful at all 38 locations.
