My main focus is the design, installation, and troubleshooting of our Citrix XenDesktop VDI environment, our Microsoft servers and applications on Dell, HP, and Cisco UCS rackmount and blade servers as well as virtual servers on Hyper-V and XenServer clusters. Other primary responsibilities include administration of a PVS-provisioned Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 2203 server farm (500 VDI, 15 app servers), administration of Dell EMC XtremIO fiber channel SAN, Dell EMC Isilon NAS with DR, Imprivata OneSign and ConfirmID Single Sign-On, Ivanti (formerly Appsense) Environment Manager, and Bitvise SFTP Server and ShareFile solutions for the secure transfer of PHI and other confidential and sensitive data.I have been involved in developing a managed services division and have experience with Kaseya and LPI MSP software as well as general MSP best practices.In addition, I also have experience with Microsoft SCCM, SCOM, and SCSM system management applications.Past experience includes Websense (Forcepoint) Web Filter/Gateway installations and management, Exchange 5.5 - 2010 installations, and migrations from Groupwise, Lotus Notes, and Oracle Communications Messaging Server, as well as SQL server implementations, upgrades, and administration.
