As typical newlyweds, with little extra money to spare, Brad and Megan volunteered together with the Make-a-Wish foundation, meeting with families to facilitate wish granting.As the Bonhams experienced success through their entrepreneurial efforts, they committed to give back to the community that raised, empowered, and gave so much to them. They established “We Give” as a core value of their business and over the last decade, they have worked with dozens of nonprofits who are tackling issues that align with the foundation’s giving priorities here in Utah.

The Walker Edison Foundation was established to make a difference in the lives of those suffering health problems. A special emphasis is placed on children and supporting foundations that work to improve the lives of kids around the world. Through the foundation we donate time and resources to charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and several religious organizations like the Catholic League of Charities and LDS humanitarian efforts. Educational endowments, as well as health and home donations are also frequent recipients of the Foundation's resources.

It inspires us to grant life-changing wishes for children going through so much. It compels us to be creative in exceeding the expectations of every wish kid. It drives us to make our donated resources go as far as possible. Most of all, it's the founding principle of our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child.Wishes are more than just a nice thing. And they are far more than gifts, or singular events in time. Wishes impact everyone involved—wish kids, volunteers, donors, sponsors, medical professionals and communities. For wish kids, just the act of making their wish come true can give them the courage to comply with their medical treatments. Parents might finally feel like they can be optimistic. And still others might realize all they have to offer the world through volunteer work or philanthropy.
