They set strong examples for me that influenced my leadership and management styles and fueled my passion and drive for what I do now. I've spent nearly 20 years owning and running businesses surrounded by amazing partners and mentors. Running a business brings a lot of challenges and that’s part of why I love what I do. I’m always problem-solving and making big decisions.I'm passionate about empowering future generations of entrepreneurs and strengthening Utah's entrepreneurial ecosystem. We need to be planning today to stay ahead of the curve. While government does not create economic growth, it lays the foundation and cultivates an environment where businesses can thrive. Together, the public and private sectors can ensure Utah remains the #1 state for startups for generations to come. In addition to my private ventures, I am deeply supportive of impact-driven charities and teach college-level courses in business entrepreneurship.
