Completed Boring Fire Recruit Academy 2011-2012. I volunteer at our local stations with a team of other firefighters to respond to medical and fire calls in the community. I complete ongoing training and receive certifications when available. I have my EMT-B, Fire Certification 1, Wildland Fire Certification, BLS, ACLS, PLS, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Certification. My long term goal is to work in an emergency medical capacity to provide compassionate care to those in need.

Owner/Operator at OnCall Windshield Repair. I work with customers from inquiry, assessment of damage, scheduling repair, communication with insurance, completion of rock chip or crack repair, invoicing, and billing. I market my business in the community, with other local business, online, and at trade shows. My goal is to provide excellent customer service and a great repair to prevent further damage of customer vehicles.

My duties at Johnson RV included working with customers from the point of inquiry through the sales process. I educated myself on product and equipment continuously. As customers bought I walked them through the physical inspection, financials, and final delivery. I kept detailed records of inquiries and followed up with interested parties as we received new product.

I worked with the contractor daily to pick up material from the warehouse, navigate to the job site, tear out current countertops, install new countertops, and complete inspection with home owner. Provided excellent customer service to clients as representatives of Precision Countertops.
