As an Event Coordinator, I assist in managing, scheduling, and booking events for all 100+ locations that Sky Zone operates. I work with our customers to obtain required financial documents, flyers or promotional content, and payments. I also provide customer service for our guests and answer any questions or concerns, they may have regarding their event. I work closely with our internal staff of general managers to ensure proper availability and that we have an adequate amount of staff for the event. I am involved with booking the following events; field trips, private facility rentals, large group bookings, and birthday parties.

As a Membership coordinator for Circustrix I oversee and respond to membership transactions and cancellation requests for 30 locations all over the United States. I reach out to customers with problematic situations and offer many different solutions that follow company guidelines to ensure all customers have a pleasurable experience with the company.

As a Shift Lead at Defy Boise I was in charge of managing and overseeing operations at the trampoline park. I was in charge of sales, cleanliness, customer service, and all problematic situations that arrived while I was working. My specialty was coming up with creative solutions for hard problems and executing them within a timely fashion.
