VTI offered a uniqure fluorscopic image-guided system primarily for ENT surgery. ENT surgeons were enabled to navigate using this product to do sinus surgery.I called on ENT surgeons to develop the demand for this product and then sold the equipment primarily to outpatient surgery centers.

Laserscope provied both KTP/YAG lasers and disposable probes for surgery. Our primary focus was to introduce and sell a special probe to Urologists for the purpose of treating BPH. We conducted workshops/labs to teach doctors how to do this new procedure.I managed direct sales employees as prmary responsibility of this job.
